We will also include a customer questionnaire in every package we offer so that you can specify the genre & type of music you would like along with any special mentions during the evening to ensure your event is personal to you.

All Discos supplied by us are fully insured for both loss and damage to equipment as well as public liability  to ensure the safety of your guests. This may be overlooked by many  people however most venues will insist upon seeing this certificate before they will let your DJ or entertainment set up. Our PLI is currently set at 5 million pounds and is reviewed on an annual basis.

PAT Testing (Electrical Safety)

PAT testing is short for Portable Appliance Test which was designed to ensure that there was a standard industry check & procedure that all relevant equipment meets certain criteria thus ensuring the safety of anybody that may come into contact or use this equipment. Most insurers insist that these checks are carried out annually and that a schedule of equipment is provided along with the relevant equipment carrying a test certification label to identify that it has been checked. Equipment supplied by The Complete Group and its DJ’s & Entertainers meet the current legislation.

All our DJ’s lighting and sound technicians are smartly dressed both upon arrival to set up and during the evening.They will wear a dinner jacket and bow tie to ensure that your event looks and feels professional. How To Book

Booking is very simple either complete an online enquiry form, call us on 08707 522472 (national rate) or visit our showroom. We will ask for a small deposit with the remainder of the balance payable to the DJ on the evening. You will receive a written contact signed by both parties confirming the booking for complete peace of mind. We will then liaise with you on any questions you may have. It’s as simple as that!
